For more than 10 years, Cash and Voucher Assistance share’s in humanitarian aid is growing. CVA becomes one of the most used system in all humanitarian sectors, to address transversal needs and-or specific vulnerabilities – or vulnerable groups.
CVA request skills in all need assessment and response planification, as well as specific knowledges to analyse national context, fields and beneficiaries potential and constraint and adjust CVA tool and type of intervention. Some CVA interventions have to be supported by technical IT tools.
