PIVOT operates in contexts with extremely limited medical services, where reliable data is essential to guide scarce resources. Health staff were collecting sensitive data on programmes such as malnutrition, TB and HIV, but existing tools made it difficult to ensure data quality, consolidate indicators, and share clear metrics with decision-makers and donors—especially in remote, low-resource environments.

PIVOT needed a secure, easy-to-use monitoring and evaluation system that could capture sensitive health data, support field staff, and provide meaningful analytics to M&E teams and donors. Relief Applications worked closely with PIVOT’s M&E department to map existing data flows and indicator frameworks, then designed a centralised platform with a robust API feeding automated dashboards. Our approach focused on usability for field teams, strong data protection practices, and flexible analytics to adapt as programmes evolved.

We delivered a user-friendly data management platform backed by a secure cloud database, automated dashboard visualisations for priority indicators, and improved statistical analysis capabilities. The system enables accurate and secure recording of health data, clearer presentation of key metrics, and faster, evidence-based decision-making—supporting PIVOT’s mission to strengthen public health systems and demonstrate impact to partners and donors.
